Our classes are adapted to the space and people every time (no prior yoga experience necessary).

30-Minute

  • Beginner-friendly

  • Designed for efficiency & convenience

  • Can be adapted with no yoga mats

  • Expect gentle stretching to warm up followed by mild standing + balancing postures

  • Great for early mornings and midday to break up the workday

60-Minute

  • All levels

  • Designed to build strength & resilience

  • Yoga mats required (BYOM. I travel with a few extras, too)

  • Expect a continuous flow of stretching, balancing, and strengthening postures

  • Works well as a post-workday class (5/6pm)
