About
The Workday Movement exists to make yoga more accessible in day-to-day life and help people feel a little more at home in their bodies.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m so grateful you’re here! Discovering yoga felt like a homecoming back to the heart. After nearly a decade as a routine gym-goer, I decided to leave my weight-training ego at the door and try a yoga class. I was quickly humbled (and hooked).
In 2021, yoga became a consistent part of my routine and a powerful tool for building resilience, focus, and confidence.
Having spent most of my career in fast-paced professional work environments, I understand firsthand the mental and physical demands of desk-centered work.
Yoga didn’t just change how I move my body, it changed why I move my body. I created The Workday Movement to make workplace yoga approachable, accessible, and enjoyable for people who never thought yoga was for them. My hope is that every class leaves teams feeling a little more energized, grounded, and equipped to take on the rest of their workday.
