Purpose

People work better when they feel better. The Workday Movement exists to feed life back into people and workplaces.

Mission

Our mission is to deliver workplace yoga sessions that are good for people and good for business.

Values

Vitality

We encourage movement as a way to energize and empower one to be present to both work and life.

Authenticity

When we let others see the human in us, it helps them see and embrace the human in them, too. We don’t aim to be perfect. We strive for real, genuine connection.

Inclusion

We use language that encourages choice and autonomy in our classes. All people and all bodies are welcome— no stretching or yoga experience necessary.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m so grateful you’re here!

To be able to move our bodies is a gift.

I found my way to yoga amidst a major lull in life. Caught in the monotony of my day-to-day, I passed the yoga studio at my gym and thought, “I need to change things up.” Eventually, I left my weight-training ego at the door and tried a yoga class.

I was quickly humbled by the physical challenge of yoga. It was a different type of exertion, though. After class, I’d feel feel accomplished, calm, and energized. There was something noticeably life-giving about the blend of breath, effort, and ease.

With a consistent practice, yoga has become a powerful teacher in my life— not just physically, but as a practice that's helped me cultivate a deep rooted sense of self. Yoga didn’t just change how I move my body, it changed why I move my body.

The decision to teach workplace yoga came from a personal desire— I wanted it in my own workday. After experiencing the profound physical and mental benefits of yoga in the studio and outside of work, I began to imagine the impact it could have inside the workplace. I saw how it could shift not just how people feel at work, but how they show up— more present, more energized, and more resilient. The reality is, we all navigate packed schedules, competing priorities, and constant demands. But just 30 minutes of intentional movement and breath can shift a team from simply going through the motions to operating with clarity, connection, and purpose. It’s not just good for people— it’s good for business.

As an Instructor, my goal is to empower the body and soften the mind— building not just flexibility, but trust, resilience, and inner stability.

I hope to bring yoga-inspired movement to your workplace, so that you can see a noticeable difference not just in your employees, but in business, too.

With a strong spine and humble heart,
- Kelsey Greenwood
