Mission

The Workday Movement exists to make yoga more accessible in day-to-day life and help people feel a little more at home in their bodies.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m so grateful you’re here! Discovering yoga felt like a homecoming back to the heart. After nearly a decade as a routine gym-goer, I decided to leave my weight-training ego at the door and try a yoga class. I was quickly humbled (and hooked). It became a consistent part of my routine and a powerful tool for building resilience, focus, and confidence.

Having spent most of my career in fast-paced professional work environments, I understand firsthand the mental and physical demands of desk-centered work. I saw onsite yoga as an opportunity to help people feel better throughout the work week— physically and mentally.

Yoga didn’t just change how I move my body, it changed why I move my body. I started The Workday Movement to make yoga accessible and approachable for people who never thought yoga was for them. My hope is for every class to leave people feeling energized, grounded, and equipped to take on the rest of their day, week, and life.
