About
The Workday Movement exists to make yoga more accessible in day-to-day life, while helping people feel a little more at home in their bodies.
Values
CONNECTION. Yoga is a mind–body practice. Through breath and movement, we build strength, resilience, and harmony to calm the mind and cultivate presence with life itself.
WELL-BEING. Well-being is thriving, not just getting by. Yoga helps us move, breathe, and live with greater ease.
COMMUNITY. Community is built through shared experience. We strive to create a community that fosters connection, support, and belonging.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m so grateful you’re here!
Falling in love with yoga felt like a homecoming back to the heart. After spending almost a decade as a routine gym-goer, I decided to leave my weight-training ego at the door and try a yoga class. I was quickly humbled (and hooked).
In January 2021, yoga became an anchor in my routine. The practice of continuing to show up on my mat helped me tap into a deep strength, resilience and confidence within.
Yoga didn’t just change how I move my body, it changed why I move my body. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, my intention is to hold space for you to play, explore your edges, and walk away feeling a little more at home in your body.
