Hi, I’m Kelsey. I’m so grateful you’re here!

Falling in love with yoga felt like a homecoming back to the heart. After spending almost a decade as a routine gym-goer, I decided to leave my weight-training ego at the door and try a yoga class. I was quickly humbled (and hooked).

In January 2021, yoga became an anchor in my routine. The practice of continuing to show up on my mat helped me tap into an unwavering strength, resilience, and confidence within. 

Yoga didn’t just change how I move my body, it changed why I move my body. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, my intention is to hold space for you to play, explore your edges, and walk away feeling a little more at home in your body.
